I strongly reccommend putting basilica only after you've baked the pizza or alternatively putting it first before the cheese. Burned basilica isn't exactly a desired taste in most cases (any that I can think of, but I've learned there are always exceptions) Edit: otherwise great job and looks good. Of course one could nitpick about this or that but to me I didn't see anything that would affect taste so because I'm not Italian I don't care about those details.
Yeah, no, that’s a good point. If it was put on with the oil, that would protect it, under the cheese. I like it fresh after it’s cooked as well. I just haven’t noticed any bad taste from basil that’s been burned a little, but that’s just me. Thanks for watching!
