To make it fast get a torque converter, remove the governor and get the stage one kit with new exhaust and intake. If you want to go faster than 40 or 50 get a bigger engine from harbor freight and do all those same modifications.
I have that exact mini bike lol. It’s completely stick and goes 21 but I built it from the box so nothing is loose or anythin. The rattling is the container where the gas tank should be iykwim u can’t really get rid of that unless u tape it or take it off

i have one myself the govenor is by the gas tank follow the cord of the first throttle its located in the back of the gas tank ill tell u a trick on the bike next time u drive it put your hand under the gas tank tell u feel a metal rail then click it. its nitro

Remove the governor and ur supposed change tho oil ur not supposed to ride it on the first oil that u put in on the second one you the first is the break in oil
TH-cam is your friend so many modifications for a bike like that I have six of them very similar the slowest one I have does 40 miles an hour you can change some clutches change the sprocket front and rear do some research performance kits and a torque converter change out the tires to some road tires my fastest one will do 62 miles an hour with a 196 6 1/2 horsepower yeah buddy
I just got one with a new predator 212 for $300. Already ordered another $150 in parts.(new seat rear fender and clutch cover) I’ll probably do performance mods next summer
Get a stage 2 mod for the 212cc and change the back sprocket to a 60 tooth and for close get a 13 tooth max torque clutch and after u should go around 48-50 mph
hey either get a new engine (212cc predator is a good one), and this will eliminate the 2 chains, or get a torque converter if you want crazy fast
No he can just straight chain it by Removing the middle sprocket and flipping the clutch backwards and I know this cause I did it

If you remove the jack shaft and run a single chain from the clutch to the rear sprocket it will go 48 mph. I’ve done a bunch of those ct200u-ex bikes
Get a torque converter and by pass the governor and you’ll be set

I have the same mini bike. You have to take the governor on it and the rev limiter.
Take the air filter off loosen the throttle Bolt then pull the throttle cable and then Titen the bolt and put it all back on

To get rid of throttle restrictor there is a screw that lets the throttle go only like 1/4 the speed. There is videos on how to remove it

That is a torque converter not a chain reduction. Take out the screw by the throttle under the air box

On the right side of the engine theirs a screw with a spring on it loosen it up and it will increase the top speed.
