I would say Raul's "revengeance" was definitely fitting here as most if not all of humanity were at fault for what happened in MC's life, so what he did was not only justifiable but as I said before "fitting" in this story. Hell, if anything I would do the same if they wrecked my whole life for their selfish desires and entertainment.
What makes him different from redo of healer MC is that he would exact his revenge on those who killed his friends and family. The redo of healer MC was tortured and this guy had to witness seeing the awful deaths of those he cared about.

while this guy is an absolute beast and sadist, he has nothing on Drukhari. He let them off relatively fast, they barely suffered before death and didn't last more than a few days of torture. The Drukahri slowly kill slaves over days, with little barely poisoned cuts that inflict unimaginable pain, without causing outright death, the subjects can't even sleep because of the pain and when the effect is wearing off, they cut a little bit more. When the subject appears to be about to die, they cure him just enough not to die and continue sometimes for years just for amusement. The Homunculi are worse as they do their many experiments on live subjects and experiment on their subjects until they die, then they bring them back to life only to continue until they get bored of the abomination they have been "working" on.

This seems like a simple power tripping revenge story where for the sake of the story every target is comically evil, but sometimes a story you can turn your brain off for and enjoy is nice too.
im here for the faces and the fact that i actually cant even say a single thing he has done has been wrong or unjusitifed.... honestly the dude flatout just is ensuring those who did him wrong got what was coming to em and they specifically introduced the crazy godess of love who fucked up christiana who than fucked up everyone around raul after the gods left the situation alone not caring besides whether they won or lost their bet. sure they were comically evil but the core of their desires were real things people are like and they used christiana and the goddess of love to further exascerbate it to the comical levels.

He killed a bunch of soliders some of which were just doing their job and didn’t know the full the extent of the princesses madness.
He manipulated the goddess of love into giving up her powers to give him a second chance at life without doing anything in return for that.
This guy is a piece of shit. The story just tries to justify it by making all the important characters shitty too but the reality is that if people were this eye for an eye about injustices. We’d just end up killing each other. He could’ve absolutely got his revenge in a way that didn’t involved the slaughtering of millions. Maybe just brainwash the princess into being a better person, or simply exposing her crimes and moving on would’ve been better. Hell he could’ve teamed up with other marginalized people to bring down the oppressive monarchy. There had to be better options that feeding some dude that killed his mom his own son.
Based on his powers though he's capable of knowing whether someone is actually a piece of shit, so there could be some confirmation bias to the people we see.
History tells a very different story. People can and are evil. Too many stories try to "humanize" villains. The presence of evil is real, even if you think it's "comically" so.
I got curious enough to just read it myself, and i gotta say, this is some serious revenge porn. Not literally "revenge porn" but like, people who are into revenge plots will LOVE reading this.

the difference being that the MC of redo of a healer was raped for years before he got his second chance. this MC was only murdered.
Keyaru only wants to enjoy the life he deserves and deliver a bit of karma to those that tortured/raped/abused him. otherwise, he's more than willing to help others. he even uses his power to wipe some of the evil characters of their memories and roten personality so they have a second chance to be productive citizens.
this MC was only murdered so he only seeks to deliver painful deaths for those that betrayed him.

No the goddess didn’t have the power. Even just bringing the MC back to life was pushing her powers and had downsides. She isn’t the only God in this, she seems to be a minor god if anything.
