    I like it this way!
    1. Add onions in first, brown them
    2. Add beef (replace with 90:10) and peppers
    3. By adding onions first they caramelize a lot better and you don’t overcook the beef
    4. Add in cumin, salt, pepper, paprika, and any of your favorite seasoning or hot sauce

      Bro knows how to cook frfr but to even add some more to that
      1. add onions
      - wait for the onions to slowly turn translucent
      2. Add minced garlic & ginger
      - These aromatics tend to cook extremely fast and nobody likes the taste of burnt garlic.
      3. remove the cooked onions and cooked minced garlic
      4. Turn the pan on high heat and get it smoking
      5. put some olive oil and then immediately throw in your beef
      6. let the beef brown for a couple seconds and turn the heat to medium
      7. crush up the beef and cook it down don’t forget to add back your onions, garlic and ginger.
      8. add salt to help draw out the moisture from the beef
      9. after the beef is almost all the way cooked throw in your seasonings of choice.
      10. add in the rice :)

    The spices definitely matter, add cumin, dice tomatoes, diced jalapenos, and mushrooms and cilantro. If you wanna make it better fry the rice before boiling it

      For cutting, I would replace the rice with spinach or broccoli. Keeps the calories even lower and provides much needed fiber and micronutrients

      What do you have? I've always stayed away from that dark red meat. You can buy grass fed/organic and it's much better and looks better. What he's eating is about as cheap as you can get at Walmart

    Dope now what I want you guys to do is get some kind of low sodium high protein soup chop up a bunch of veggies and spices add in with bone broth then cook up some hard boiled eggs. Also add in rice and other stuff you’ll have a protein soup for the whole week. Plus the broth if kept refrigerated all the nutrients will be a lot stronger lol

    How much did that cost you? Eating 1lb of red meat every night or even one night is expensive as hell around where I'm from. That's like anywhere between 7 and 9 dollars at an acme depending on the fat amount. It's not as texture rich as red meat, but lean ground turkey is 12 bucks for 3 whole pounds. I can make that stretch a week with white rice. I eat protein powder pancakes for breakfast, a protein bar before lunch, ground turkey with rice for lunch, huel chocolate for pregym snack, ground turkey with rice for dinner, huel daily greens to drink with it, and then a pb&j for a snack.

    Cheaper version....prepare about 125 grams of basmati rice...add the rice on a hot pan with oil...add 2 3 eggs in the middle and 1 can of tuna...mix..add soy sauce.. garlic powder ...and make sure to burn the rice a lil

      3 extra large eggs have 21 grams of protein, on average a can of tuna is 19-22 grams of protein, so your recipe is still a lot less protein than the videos, but ur recipe seems actually edible and enjoyable compared to sticking beef with rice at a 2 to 1 ratio

    if you like foods this way add plain or greek yogurt. dairy is a good source of extra protein and depending on your tastes could make it tastes better (i dont know about this specific recipe with the soy sauce tho)

    Guys, im telling you...protein is not everything. Its important, but id rather eat a 40g protein meal that looks and tastes amazing over this any day. No disrespect to the creator, just not it for me. Plus were not Brian Shaw, so 99% of lifters dont havw to calculate to a tea honestly.

      It's really just about how hard you train, all the nutrients does is allow your muscles to recover from the training. It's not going to make your muscles bigger to eat this stuff, you have to literally break the muscle fibers and allow them regrow bigger while supplying them somewhere in the ballpark of your daily allowance of protein. I've seen plenty of guys not even eat like this and have muscles from being physically active. Your muscles will grow regardless, eating healthy just allows this process to not take forever.

    A meal I do for high protein is basically bean, rice, and beef with chopped up veggies like lettuce, tomato, avocado.
    Add your Mexican spices. And bam!

    I do this same shit but instead of just the onion, I add diced potatoes and peppers. No soy sauce, but I add BBQ or hot sauce whenever I make a plate. Hits the spot every time, fills you up, and gets you your protein and nutrients

      Def, but I feel like it's too much volume. I'd split it up into 2 servings and add veges so you feel more satiated while getting your daily greens + fiber.

      @@kekesuarez6751 having multiple meals a day is a good way to keep yourself full. So you're telling that he either fasts and eats it in one go as one meal or some other way just for one meal? Obviously having multiple meals a day will help keep your hunger in check. Eating 100g of protein doesn't sound very efficient either. Studies vary on protein synthesis but it's safer to take in protein in split meals and not so large amounts to optimize protein synthesis.

    Not trying to hate but why would you ever need a 100g protein meal? Unless you’re doing one meal a day or something, it seems like there’s very little point having that much protein in a single meal. Like if you’re bulking for example, you can get your protein in other ways, 100g of protein in a single meal seems excessive since the majority of people won’t need more than 150-180g in a day

    If you are bulking you want use more fattier ground beef that way the calories are higher
