I like it this way! 1. Add onions in first, brown them 2. Add beef (replace with 90:10) and peppers 3. By adding onions first they caramelize a lot better and you don’t overcook the beef 4. Add in cumin, salt, pepper, paprika, and any of your favorite seasoning or hot sauce

Add minced garlic & ginger - These aromatics tend to cook extremely fast and nobody likes the taste of burnt garlic. 3. remove the cooked onions and cooked minced garlic 4. Turn the pan on high heat and get it smoking 5. put some olive oil and then immediately throw in your beef 6. let the beef brown for a couple seconds and turn the heat to medium 7. crush up the beef and cook it down don’t forget to add back your onions, garlic and ginger. 8. add salt to help draw out the moisture from the beef 9. after the beef is almost all the way cooked throw in your seasonings of choice. 10. add in the rice :)

I can make that stretch a week with white rice. I eat protein powder pancakes for breakfast, a protein bar before lunch, ground turkey with rice for lunch, huel chocolate for pregym snack, ground turkey with rice for dinner, huel daily greens to drink with it, and then a pb&j for a snack.
Cheaper version....prepare about 125 grams of basmati rice...add the rice on a hot pan with oil...add 2 3 eggs in the middle and 1 can of tuna...mix..add soy sauce.. garlic powder ...and make sure to burn the rice a lil
3 extra large eggs have 21 grams of protein, on average a can of tuna is 19-22 grams of protein, so your recipe is still a lot less protein than the videos, but ur recipe seems actually edible and enjoyable compared to sticking beef with rice at a 2 to 1 ratio

It's really just about how hard you train, all the nutrients does is allow your muscles to recover from the training. It's not going to make your muscles bigger to eat this stuff, you have to literally break the muscle fibers and allow them regrow bigger while supplying them somewhere in the ballpark of your daily allowance of protein. I've seen plenty of guys not even eat like this and have muscles from being physically active. Your muscles will grow regardless, eating healthy just allows this process to not take forever.

Obviously having multiple meals a day will help keep your hunger in check. Eating 100g of protein doesn't sound very efficient either. Studies vary on protein synthesis but it's safer to take in protein in split meals and not so large amounts to optimize protein synthesis.
