My mom was a big fan of your mom and did her workouts all the time. I have the best memories of "working out" along side my mom (I was a silly kid trying to copy everything, lol). I recently found you on TH-cam and love your workouts, so it's really cool to see you two together! Brings back such good memories from my childhood. What a great mother daughter team! 💪😘

Omgoodness Katie, you two look amazing together. I am tearing up seeing your mom, I wanted to be her when I was younger and still do as I am older. OMG, I'm not sure how I found this video but I'm so incredibly psyched!!! My Mom and I used to work out with Denise every afternoon (we recorded both episodes every morning and worked out together after school and work). I'm such a fan! It looks like Katie has Denise's positive energy and that definitely kept me motivated when I was a kid so I'm totally on board. Amazing!

I have always been a fan of your beautiful mom. She was always so postive and I just enjoyed working out with her. One of the best work out spots was when she did it outside. allow me to explain. As a young child I was always knowing I'm not part of something other thin the work out. I'm having to make up a story on video watch inspired me. With other why of be fit. I have tried to keep up with you and comment on every Video seen lately. Can you imagine the way I feel at times not hearing form you has made Times hard on one's felling being a good men try making up story allow me to explain the brown paper bags I'm holding my have rights in holding other story Your Mother & Jeff have all right in help are story

Excellent quick total body workout! We all have a few minutes a day to do this, no excuses! I too used to workout with Denise back in the 80's and have a few of her workout videos now. Thanks for this great workout!
