So school you’re my soul teacher lol thanks for reminding me that when I am in a relationship where I’m angry and resentful in my actions show that it means that’s what my goal is so if I want harmony and peace, I need to tweak it and I need to set a new goal or get the F out of there lol and hopefully don’t repeat it again am I catching on? I think if I don’t make it right this time I’ll repeat it the next time
What does the course of miracles mean that i have the power to save the world. In lesson 191 it says that others cant see the truth until i do. That would suggest that others are waiting on me or that i have to wait on others. And if others have seen the truth why haven't i yet. We dont save the world cause Jesus would have done it by now. It seems as though we can only save ourselves from the negative perceptions. Jesus's correct perception did not change the systems of the world. People were still evil, people still tried to kill him, people still were people. What did he or buddha do to save the world. They saved themselves and tried to save others.
How do you save something that is but a dream? What your eyes see has no eternal properties. We fell for Lucifer's sales pitch and are of the minions thar fell from Heaven. Once we master choosing Love instead of fear, we don't reincarnate here again, and return to Heaven, our actual home.
I agree. I guess I have a problem with the wording, it's so confusing and misleading. To me it just seems as though we save ourselves from negative perception or from the dream. All we can do as individuals is wake up. Beyond that what world is there to save. I am not Superman, but the way the course puts it, that is what it is saying teachers of God are. It's my confusion and thank you for your words.
just focus on reading and studying the text and doing the workbook, and applying the Course to yourself, without analyzing it, and you will come to understand what these statements mean. These statements won't make sense until you do that, and can't be explained in a text replay. Peace, Earl PS: I repeat.
