You can also get a-fib and a-flutter from no apparent cause (Lone a-fib, a-flutter). Also FYI the blood clots cause by a-fib, a-flutter form in the left atrial appendage (LAA) not in the "bottom of the heart". A-flutter and a-fib can also be controlled by a catheter ablation and medications

Is tiredness the only symptom?
I simply don’t feel good but don’t notice irregular heartbeat
