How I drink water in animal survival games (Animalia survival, Path of titans, ect)

I always found it funny to put the whole head of the model of the animal character I'm playing as to drink, and sometimes, it helps to rotate the camera and see potential dangers underwater...and helps to drown yourself if you're not careful.
There's several big ol' tortoises living in the garden of my grandpa. They walk around without restriction, eating the fruits of the trees or other veggies we feed them, getting in water to cool down...which is what this turtle is doing, as they're drinking.
