@yashi295 True, but most comedy makes fun of somebody. I don't think this is meant with any real malice. I've had business dealings with a number of people with stutters in my time, and I've been able to see the frustration in their eyes. Whilst this is sad, it doesn't stop me being able to enjoy this particular piece of comedy. Maybe people just need to take themselves a little less seriously.
No malice in this this is on a show not in real life if this was a person stuttering I wouldn't be laughing but since this is a show yes u can laugh in this type of situation
