shipping bill is prepared by CHA on the basis of invoice and packing list received by exporter and an application by the name shipping bill is submitted to custom house for custom clearance. Nicely explained about custom clearance. Appreciate you.

Sir very informative video..pls help me, I couriered airpistol to company for repair( within India from Pune to bengalore) , while couriering I told courier guy abt goods ( he didnt care abt it) he received & handed over to other courier service & that courier send it by air cargo( I did not have any idea which goods to not be sent by air or land) , now customs have held it by saying prohibited goods.,cargo company asked for apology letter that I gave., but still they are threatening & saying it depends on customs officer to make case on it or not..pls guide me is it true they can enquire on it or take some fine & leave me

yes, custom people are corrupt, there are numerous law made by government, which can be bypass if you pay bribe to them but CHA takes money and they get custom cleared. woh har kisi ko khila dete hai.

#Askps mene apna AD code registration karaya tha IGI Airport delhi 2018 me CHA ke through lekin CHA ne koi proof to diya nhi?
