Hey man. I love your videos. It's really really inspiring. Seeing your progression videos when you literally started from nothing. It's amazing man! :D
The only best progression video for cheat gainer I have found till now. Thanks Kian Williams for motivating me. From now I will watch some of your uploaded videos for my guidence on parkour when opening youtube.
Hey, awesome job learning this move on sand! Sand is much harder to get a good push off of (and thus more air) so you should be able to land it with ease when moving on to grass, mulch, gravel, or concrete.
Really good! I call it a cheat gainer. But a quick tip for you is to keep your legs farther away from each other. So think about giving your feet/legs so space from each other. That is what I do on mine that should help! :)
Plz give me some tips to overcome the fear man. Whenever i put the mattress and everything to jump, i stop at the last second. I think i will break my heaD OR SOMETHING. plz help. i'm stuck
just say screw it and do it, thats what i do. Try listening to a upbeat song that pumps you up an gets u jumping around then say screw it and do it without thinking about it
youre kicking with a bent leg. if you straighten your leg out and point your toes you can get more power out of it. then you also wont have to jump as hard off your left leg. other than that it looks great with your step out. however your j step need huge improvement! try starting on your left leg and go right left right left kick. and when you do the last pivot on your j step turn almost in a 180 toward where you came from, it will make it easier to go over backwards cause you turned away from where your momentum and weight is moving. good luck man! a tricker has been born!!!
+Jr Odi round off back is mainly focused on momentum so it wont rly help u out that much but if u get a backflip down this move is pretty easy cause its similar to a cheat gainer and since i initially got the backflip down i learned the cheat gainer in like 10-20 minutes so before u try this move u shd learn back or even a 1 footed backflip
+NinjandTrollz its probably a mental thing (fear of falling and breaking you neck on the thougher grass for example) + training this on sand will also give hem some extra jumppower so when he feels ready to progress to tougher underground he'll also be able to gain more height and speed
Watch the slow mo parts of this vid. See how your foot stops around knee level? And on the ones you landed, your knee went above your waist. You want that knee up a lot higher, and your foot to not stop before at least waist level. It should be higher ideally, but work up to it. Its good, just can get some more height and it'll be a lot easier :)
Thanks so much for pointing that out. This evening I went out as well and tried some and had trouble landing well. I'll work on kicking higher tomorrow. Thanks!
For some reason I'm still terrified to do this despite having mastered the standing backflip. I think something about jumping off of one foot and kicking the other throws me off (I guess I'm scared that I won't get enough air using one leg to jump). Any tips to get over this fear?
Most people agree that you definitely should learn backflip first, or you can hurt yourself. Backflips will help you get over the fear of going backwards which will make the kick the moon a lot easier.
Great job dude I'm trying to learn mine I'm just scared to throw it I have been watching tutorials and everything I just can't get over the fear of doing it outside
Here is the difference a cheat gainer is like a little bit horizontal and you're not upside down while a gainer flash is clearly upside down which can go to advance move call gainer switch but both of them take off with a j-step which makes them similar the only difference is the flip and especially the name. (Sorry I'm bad at English Hope I explain well)
Don't whip your head back. You want float, not power. You want to kick up, and watch your foot. Keep kicking through whilst swinging those arms and drive both your legs and arms at the same time as each other.
+Sami Gabriel Jacquin Yea so what he isn't doing in this video (so far from what ive watched) he is using his leg to kick. You DONT do that, keeping your leg completely straight when kicking will give a great advantage over this technique, but also using your hands to swing. A lot of people spend a ton of time messing up and they don't know their issues but most of the time they just need to MAKE SURE you're jumping UP and not at an angle or else you loose your vertical.
Sami Gabriel Jacquin Yes keep your swinging leg straight and some say to keep your arms straight too but only do that if you find yourself not flipping fast enough. But key with any flip is jumping straigh up to get the most from your vertical as that is what is going to determine how easily you get it. Record yourself to help you when you mess up, I always had someone record me doing it and i would break it down (for example, Once i started recording myself i found I struggled with flat backflips so much because i wasnt jumping straight up.. I probably wouldnt have realized if i never saw myself do it)
You are not kicking diagonally. You are kicking your leg vertically so it ends up as a partial layout backflip. You must kick your leg diagonally towards your opposite shoulder and look over that shoulder with your head.
This brings back memories. I'd watch u for motivation to learn flips when I was in middle school. Now I'm a sophomore in college. It's wild

Love it 😂

+Sayal Pahim Limbu It's not a cheat gainer though...
Much respect for teaching yourself this! ;)

Plz give me some tips to overcome the fear man. Whenever i put the mattress and everything to jump, i stop at the last second. I think i will break my heaD OR SOMETHING. plz help. i'm stuck

Put your hands up like he did.
Do it I think I break something but I don't break something 😀
Good Job kian
thank you! i will practice today...
Congrats bro! :)
Really it is a great video!
Kick with your leg straight the whole time, you get more air that way
amazing video...love you...
2020 anyone? Throwback song as well damnnnn

We miss you
i have these down so well now and i really want to progress to a gainer switch. is there any advice someone can give me to help me out.
Es necesario el back?
your videos are really helpfull dude, thankd to you i just made a video on my first round off backflip. Thanks man
I learned this today
I like the progression idea for a video.
Thanks I really enjoy putting them together
Looking forward to more!
but how do you even start? i don't know how to start the progression
good job dude :)
Did u edit the song? Like it
Is the best 🤝 friend 👍
bravo!!! you are amazing!!!
Good fucking job dude, I just got mine at the gym tonight, second try landed it, the hype was sooooo real xD
Sweet! Thank you and keep it up!
How many hours did you train each day to learn kick the moon?
How long did it take u to do the flip?
Awesome
Guys which is easier this or backflip ?
How much time do you spend
really want to try this but my back hurts like crazy because i was landing back flips with my back arched
thanks guy for the inspiration
really cool! I wanna go take a cheat gainer now!
Go for it!
what is the title song?
Is this move harder than just a round off flash kick? I just got my round off back flip I'm wondering if I should work on both
+Jr Odi round off back is mainly focused on momentum so it wont rly help u out that much but if u get a backflip down this move is pretty easy cause its similar to a cheat gainer and since i initially got the backflip down i learned the cheat gainer in like 10-20 minutes so before u try this move u shd learn back or even a 1 footed backflip
Do you need to know how to backflip on flat before learning this? I feel like you wouldn't because your kicking leg flips you right around
MattSk8s39 People say it would be easier if you know how to backflip but its all about personal preference.
I love how many idiots there are in the comments trying to tell him to tuck in a trick that doesn't have a tuck XD
He need to extend his knee To have a more smooth landing
I do not have the courage to jump Backwards .. how to do?
Use mattresses. Learn backflip first.
Is it more easy or harder to backflip standing
Karen Dekker harder than a standing backflip
I SUBBED!
How do u learn stuff so quickly???
tnq bro. ..😍😍
Why would you try flipping on sand first? It may be soft but it takes all of the energy you built up....
+NinjandTrollz its probably a mental thing (fear of falling and breaking you neck on the thougher grass for example) + training this on sand will also give hem some extra jumppower so when he feels ready to progress to tougher underground he'll also be able to gain more height and speed

+Sami Gabriel Jacquin ok thanks

Music name ??
Hey, somebody can help me? Everythime when i´m gonna do de flip i get scared. How do I can lose afraid to fall?
Hey man! Do you have a backflip?
I got it a little bit, but i don't have it completely for the afraid
luis fernandez Okay you should learn and master backflip first. It will make this much easier!
Okay thanks :D you´re cool
Hey man, sorry to bother you so much but ¿you do not have any technique to lose the fear of falling?
I did get help form your video now i Can land my gainerflash on to leg i will work on one leg
awesum man,,your backflip video really helped,,,but i still cant land it properly,,,
Jak se menuje ta pisnička
I'm going to try to be able to do this in 3 months
+Kian Williams why haven't you posted anything lately? What's up? Last post was like a year ago. Did you stop?
check his second channel
Jordan T Mauk which is?
it is the same name he posted a video like a month ago
i hate tricking on sand, it hurts way too much when you full body slap, feels like hitting concrete
But Backflip do not is difficult than kick the moon?
Most people agree that you definitely should learn backflip first, or you can hurt yourself. Backflips will help you get over the fear of going backwards which will make the kick the moon a lot easier.
Kian Williams I will try ,, thank you for your advice :):) Your video is Awesome
1:59 for his profile picture
Luke Mattson not anymore
I've been doing kick the moon for like the past 5 months and I still can't land on one foot..
Hey Kian I also do tricking one tip about this trick is that you need to straighten your kicking leg and kick hard
Great job dude I'm trying to learn mine I'm just scared to throw it I have been watching tutorials and everything I just can't get over the fear of doing it outside
Try to put your hands down when you first start
Hiiii you are my idol
You are so cool 😁
wait I'm really confuse, is this the cheat gainer?? I thought it was different
A flash kick is whipping one leg around really quick, cheat gainer is when both of your legs are together
@Kian Williams
Damn I wanna learn this Sooo bad lol
I’m guessing you live in Pennsylvania
تعلمتها إنها جميلة جدا
Oh this isn't Juji Mufu?
luis u can just jump and the land in all different ways on some pillows just dont let that fear get to you thats what i do
Como que eu vim parar aqui??
you learn fast bro but how come your cheat gainer look more like a backflip
+Petarazhanix This isn't a cheat gainer
kick the moon is the cheat gainer go search up tutorials
I don't think it's a cheat gainer or kick the moon (same thing), it looks more like a flash kick
wtf is the difference with all of them lol?
Here is the difference a cheat gainer is like a little bit horizontal and you're not upside down while a gainer flash is clearly upside down which can go to advance move call gainer switch but both of them take off with a j-step which makes them similar the only difference is the flip and especially the name. ik wil het ook leren ik een achtersalto op moeder bed maar ik wil in de zandbak hebben jullie tips
+Kian Williams thanks for all Your videos bro✌🔝
yasuooo hoo hooo hoo! hum hum... sry. Else it's Awesome dude! ;)
Did you get the real kick the moon yet?
this vid was like w years old he has a very solid kick the moon and gainer flash
U could land a gainer backflip
yo lo hago en el pasto lo que sea y no dese sito colchon
why do you take so many steps for your set up
+richard galindez to make up for the momentum you lose on the jump
its kinda hard to flip in sand cuz soon as u get ready to put pressure on the flip u bout to do it sink in the sand
Agreed.
But then if you can land it, it'll be much easier on harder ground.
Sand will make it hard to flip FYI.
DJ MA but it's a good place to practice because it's kinda cushiony
Inspiration :') i wanna Gainer flash but im scary xD i try thanks bro
Isn't this the same thing as a cheat gainer
Matthew Forde yes different name
you haven't been posting!
does someone have any tips ? :)

+aRT. Thank you for your tips man you are a great person :) i'll Try asap and i will tell you the results :D
Sami Gabriel Jacquin I look forward to it! Good luck
jump onto the foot that you jump with and have your other leg already out ready to swing through
Seems that there are no bones in your arms
Dude that's sick man but their called J's steps lol
Jason Gleason a jstep is a setup...
+Kian Williams I just died 😂😂😂
J step is the step and turn before actually flipping. the flipping itself is called the gainer flash
You are not kicking diagonally. You are kicking your leg vertically so it ends up as a partial layout backflip. You must kick your leg diagonally towards your opposite shoulder and look over that shoulder with your head.
That would make it a cheat gainer
