They dont do anything for the actual parents as they are not providing them financially. They just make feel special to those who provides them financially like shoaib and saba. Have seen Rehan's behaviour towards sunny is kind of disrespectful and lethargically answering him but with shoaib its top notch respect he gives him.

Chalo at least Dipika learnt that fried food needs heavy duty physical work to burn off the caloric load. (although a simple kanda poha with peanuts, shredded coconut on top would have been healthy and just right for the worker bhaiyas and proportional effort given her 3rd trimester to cook) Too much oiling has lead to obesity and sugar trouble for downstairs folks. After 3 years of oily sugary meals bonanza some change,. there's hope for more.

How were you able to diet during the first 3 months of your pregnany? because if im not wrong those were the days when sabas shadi was in process and all and you were properly dieting! also if it was a high risk pregnancy shouldnt you be doing less work during sabas shadi and be extra cautious during those crucial months?
