Hey Ryan I’ve been working in San Clemente for 5+ yrs. But i commute all the way from Anaheim. Would you be able to do a video on affordable communities for rent in San Clemente?
Check out the Rancho Del Mar apartments in Sc. And check out the Palmer apartments in San Juan. The Palmer has amazing access and feels more like Dana point
ive seen prices differ, but for a 1b1b apartment/housing depending on view can range 1200-3000. i actually saw a 2b1b for 2300 with a front beach view, owner seemed rlly nice, but it can depend on view and stuff
Tim - Average for a nice 1 bed 1 bath in San Clemente would be about 2000/mo. There are many different options. apartments, condos, casitas, etc. the overall range would be about 1300-3000 depending on condition and proximity to the beach
Wow commute to Irvine is only 20 minutes? Been thinking of splitting rent with friends in Laguna Beach but it is way cheaper in San Clemente.

Gotta have my snow...
How is the cultural dynamic? Is it Predominantly white? Are there any mixed communities?
I’m curious on the answer to this question also.
Not at all. I live in Mission Viejo Ca 15 mins away. I like San Clemente but dont see many POC out there
Talega should be its own city.
