Have you ever considered over-wintering any onions, lettuce, cabbage, spinach or planting earlier in the Spring and covering with frost blanket or floating cover? Your market is open and you could readily sell the fresh produce at a premium.

Had to take my sister to medical center this morning and by the time I got back to my greenhouse it was over 90 opened it up and watered everything.fingers crossed.
