What would you call that sweep you did at the end from closed guard??
Wait. I see the technique working on a lower weighted individual but heavier opponents weight can itself pin your hips and make it difficult to shift your hips correctly. Any advice ?
i tried this but couldnt make it work, couldn't get the hip leverage
