GM LR250 NEW Label Inspection Rewinder

LR250 is an economical label rewinder designed and manufactured to deliver an outstanding performance that will boost your everyday label productivity. The rewinder is suitable for general label production and more advanced detecting such as pharmaceutical applications.
The standard configuration includes a count and missing label control for all types of labels. Extra sensors can be added to support clear-on-clear labels. An integrated web guide ensures perfect roll quality. The two-way rewinder has web tension control, nip and an adjustable splice table with pneumatic splice clamps. It is equipped with air expansion mandrels with sleeves easily exchangeable to other sizes.

Well built and nice looking. No air supply needed as far as I can see. Not for even core lock. That's another plus in my opinion. Plug and play.
Is nip driven, or idling? I guess you have an encoder attached on bottom nip/feed roll to calculate and maintain line speed, as well as rewind back to the exact same spot at all times once missing label is detected.
