Taremi is such a complete striker. He can play outside of the box as a 10 and then goes to the box to score. Furthermore, Taremi can resist 90 minutes at an high intensity. At Porto he normally was in the Top 3 players that ran the most. He is really nice pressuring the defenders and really smart playing with fouls. I would say taremi's weakest caracteristic is some insconsitency in the moment of first touch shots and he only plays (most of the time) with his right foot.
Since Falcão and Jackson Martinez, he was the most complete striker at Porto
I think he's one of the best strikers Spurs can realistically sign at this point. Although he is not at the top level in the world, he is similar to Kane's style, and although he has not played in the top 4 leagues, he has also been proven on international stages such as the Champions League and the World Cup. Considering his age. He won't be a long-term replacement for Kane, but it won't be too much for a couple of years.

@@aus2230 I'm not saying 31 is too old for Ange. He got Mooy at Celtic but that was probably to have an experienced player he trusted in his young squad. He talked Tim Cahill out of retirement because he thought his professionalism was a good example for the young Australian players and used him as a substitute striker for his ability to get the ball in the net. It is unusual because Ange usually signs players mostly around 26 27 coming to the peak of their careers. With him being from Asia Ange would know him from when he was the Australian Manager because Ange learns everything about opposition players so his own players know what to expect and not be surprised in games.
