In my experience with animals, it's more about abundance of food, a good habitat, and safety (few or no predators.) You have created such a wonderful sanctuary they love it!

HAPPY 87TH BIRTHDAY to your auntie as for the birds they won't start sitting on it until she has 2 or 3 then she will sit until there born she will lay and egg every other day and they will hatch the same way any where from 18 to 21 days to hatch and if there's alot of walking past where here nest is she won't sit on them and if you touch it she will smell you touched it and she won't sit on them
