Yea he has rage quit this game a few times in the past. I'm surprised he is even trying it again after last time. I really think sips would fall in love with this game if he just put it on randy and kept the difficulty low till he gets the hang of it more.

Which only goes to further re-emphasise just how French Canadian this French Canadian guy - or, sorry, "gi" - really is.
I was even under-emphasising the pure unadulterated French-ness that was emanating from that name, and it still felt far too French already.
You've only made it even worse again - but rightly so, as I think you're right that it "needs more French".

I find it so strange that I’ve watched all of his old 4 year old Rimworld episodes. And over 200 plus hours, he begins playing Rimworld again as soon as I had finished. It’s a 4 year gap I didn’t have to wait. 🤣

He needs to get the "not my fault" mod so when people from other colonies die or get attacked on your land your relationships dont get effected

It is nice but its not necessary really. It doesn't happen often enough to become a problem and when it does happen its not hard to fix because the game has built in missions to get your rep back and if they are a friendly faction your rep will slowly go back to 0 or whatever the default is depending on you religious differences. Id say the fridge mod would be far more useful then Not my fault.
