I am assuming the widest point of this scooter is like the Jazzy Eliite HD powerchair, the armrests. what is the widest measurement on this scooter, with the armrests all the way IN position...for fitting thru doorways and such.

I just measured one in the showroom and the armrest wasn't "all" the way in and the fenders/tires stuck out wider. The measurements of the armrest in the position we have them is 26" and the wheels (most outside measurement) is 32". Hope this helps!

    Can the seat be lowered?

Depending on if it is in its lowest position. If it is not then yes you can lower it. More than likely it is in its lowest position from the factory. If it goes any lower than that, it could effect the seat functions for the slide and swivel.
