Thank you for taking the sacrifice of no gloves for filming. I know a lot of old timers who were mechanics after 20-30 years regret the never wearing gloves because they have all kinds of liver or organ failures later because their skin absorbed things. But I hear many of them keep dirty shops unlike you, so they are constantly breathing chemicals evaporating. I remember my father had some type of chemical barrier protectant he had in small packets. It said to rub into hands and it becomes a barrier and at the end, you can wash your hands and the chemicals outside the barrier washes off.
