Sidemen wants to open a hotel. Hotels have guests. For sidemens videos like this one and 20 v 1 the guest does all the work while they sit. So hes saying if they had a hotel the guests would have to do everything
The joke with eye contact is that failing to make eye contact is a characteristic behaviour in people on the autistic spectrum. The previous joke about Harry ticking all the boxes about autism was the setup for that one.
