No Alexa does has bluetooth.You should tell alexa to pair and it will come in bluetooth devices.We did that process to use alexa as a speaker.It worked.
Vaibhav: I am having "JBL tune 700BT" its not supporting webex call. Use of BT adapter will solve problem ?. Laptop does have blue tooth but only webex has issue.
