當年學功夫，個個用心練，宜家好既兩一兩年，快既一兩個月，又唔捱得苦

其實肯日日練兩三個鐘，3年啲功夫唔好話好勁但係水準一定高，但係要拜正師，唔好求其搵啲自己都唔知教咩又話師傅果啲，跟果啲學學一世都出唔到功夫。
