Did you have them both at the same time? I lost my papillon almost half a year ago. I had her for 14 years. I am curious about people managing to get new ones.
A lot of those in the video are long haired chihuahuas. Chions are LH chihuahua/papillon mixed breed dogs. I’ve had one and she was amazing. I have a pap puppy now and I taught her to fetch in a half hour and housebroken her in two days! Super smart! You are wrong about the low energy though. Paps need a LOT of outdoor running time. They are a bundle of energy.
I read someplace that papillons and chihuahuas originated from the same ancestor. Papillons were bred as French court dogs during the Renaissance. I’m convinced this is why they pick out the best pillow in the house and claim it as their throne.
🙏🏻🥲I miss My Little Girl Everyday … been 31/2 yrs. My Heart is still Broken 💔I am So Sorry For Your Loss, But we Don’t lose them cause WE KNOW WHERE THEY ARE🙏🏻♥️
All breeds ARE perfect. What's not "perfect" are the unreasonable demands of pet owners. Example: Humans want their pets to have on/off switches as if they were mechanical toys. Be whatever I want when I want it. It's amazing how tolerable and forgiving pets are.
Definitely saw a few long haired chihuahuas, but most of them were Papillons. Love the breed. They are very sweet dogs, intelligent, loving, and a joy.
Low exercise requirements? I've had dachsunds my whole life - THOSE are low-exercise dogs. A "walk" is out to the end of the suburban driveway and back. I now have a pap-dox mix, and he is not a happy dog unless he is walked at least 2x a day, and he insists one walk be at least 2 miles! I love to watch him run, though, at the Bark Park - paps have a Need for Speed!
The only dog breed to have ❤ in my opinion
I WAS THE LUCKY recipient of THE LOVE OF 2 PAPILLONS, I MISS THEM EVERY DAY.

Lost mine just 2 weeks shy of his 17th birthday. He was one of the most amazing dogs I have ever owned. heartbroken
I lost mine at 13.5 years. He was born with a liver shunt and had a lot of health issues but lived longer than anyone expected. I feel your pain 😢
Sooo amazing!! My little guy is 13 now.

I petted a puppy...needless to say...my heart both and disintegrated at the same time
I'm coming my love 😢
Stop insulting papillons with photos of long haired chihuahuas!
You have never been around a papillon, have you? I have 2. Nothing to do with a chihuahua. NOTHING.
I agree
exactly my thought too
@@bealiberatore845 I've been around papillons for 14 years. Who are you talking to? Troll boy above?
