This is absolutely the method to build the best team. During the regular season all u can do is recruit highschoolers so go after the best ones u can. In a rebuild you can clean up everything else in the transfer portal. I’m in a 32 man 3star Dynasty and I’m using this method to build 2star FAU into a power house. Wish me luck.
Transfers aren’t worth it unless they’re a 5* or stud 4. (You see this by scouting) 3* high schoolers are all capped out, they won’t develop worth shit.
Not true Alonzo jackson Lou Tech olb 95 speed, make him your DE, all depends on how smart you are, make your depth chart or actually playing but I got him to 96 overall he started at like mid 50s
@@MellyMeL1 that's if you assume everyone is going after the same guys. I put 10 hours on guys - that I want but aren't a focus. That 10 hours can keep you in the race for certain players. Lots of folks only give 50 hours so theyll have guys sitting on their board. Someone like me will use 10 to 25 hours to figure out who people are actually putting effort into and then I'll up it if/when necessary.
For some, we would. It depends on the player and situation. On this video, we were going after guys that really didn't need it. If you were still trying to land a recruit that you recruited all season, then yes, schedule a visit.
@@T4GSports if this works for you. If i identify recruits i just have to have, i recruit hard(more hours) and start visits week 1! They usually give you 1 of their recruiting pitches. No need to wait. Set the visit. You can also remove the kid if he doesn't commit and re-add and re-offer him to your list and set a 2nd and even 3rd visit. Take advantage until they patch this!
So the secret method is.... let the other teams fight over the best players and focus on the remaining mid players? I mean seems like a great strategy maybe if you are in year 1/2 of a bottom team rebuild but if you are a 4 star program or above, 3 star players are just going to be backups for you.
I’m recruiting every year an average of 12 5⭐️ and most of these kids are not in my pipeline actually they are a black pipeline for me and I’m still pulling a lot of 5 ⭐️. Last season I signed 16 5⭐️ and 1 5⭐️ for a total of 17 5⭐️. I mean I’m also Michigan which is a 5⭐️ program
I can sign 1-2 5 stars a season with Kennesaw State granted they’ll all be in Tier 2 Pipelines but if you throw 65 points into them as soon as I can and they visit in Week 6 or 7 and it’s usually as soon as they just hit Top 3 I’ll play the game and win it and doesn’t matter where I am in the Top 3 they always sign with me
The only recruits worth it are 5*’s and gem 4*’s…. 3* gems are all highly capped out. Even doing a rebuild… don’t bother with busts or anything less than a top 250 4*
There is no method that is great. It all depends on the player and what they want and how they play. I get number one recruiting classes, but I only get about 5 or 6 5 star players. The rest of my players are normally 4 star players. That works for me. My players don’t leave early for the pros either, so they all develop well.
We said in the video that you can focus on high-end talent and use this method to get you great starters for whatever high-end positions you didn't land in the regular season. So no, we do not agree with what you said. That is why we wondered if you actually watched the video. Makes no sense that your recruiting during the regular season would be a complete failure if you used this method.
@@T4GSports Well, you get 35 scholarships per year. If you use more than 19 or 20 per season, you will be making too many encourage transfers "cuts" which ultimately lowers your coach prestige. With that being said, if you don't know how to properly manage your recruiting hours with a 3 Star program or higher to land 20 4 star recruits, then your T4GSPORTS recruiting method will come in handy.
After playing the game it’s not a coincidence anymore that once u offer a scholarship other teams get involved or put more points in

Yeah exactly how it happens irl. Once you get one power 5 offer that whole conference takes a look at you

I’ve gotten atleast one 5 star every year
Dont forget to check the portal for players from your last team if you changed teams that yr. Ive been able to bring 3-4 players with me before
I've never once been able to take a single player with me lol it's always coach prestige and my a+ doesn't help when I just hire 2 new coordinators
Been doing this since day 1 - the transfers miss a year of development, so unless they're a total stud you can get more out of 3* high school gems.

Thanks for the videos. I have been watching these since madden 20
Appreciate that.
Do you guys online play offline dynasty? Putting 10 hours in a user league will get you killed
Ifk if you heard him but other people are stuck on the portal instead of the hs 3 stars maybe try watching the video next time 😊

3 Star players can easily start as 88 plus overalls all over the

3 star gems can turn into studs and in a rebuild youre not getting a top 5 class in year 1 with 1.5 star school
It’s not as common but you can get 3 stars with low caps. Like 9-15 caps. Which is pretty darn good considering value.
