One thing I'd like to add, most people say lower roll centre to gain grip and raise it to lose grip. That's not always technically correct.
Take high grip astro. If you have your roll centre at the highest possible, your car will react extremely fast on the rear, however due to lack of roll, it gets to the end of it's roll extremely quickly and tends to traction roll.
We counter this by lowering the roll centre, allowing the car to roll further and numbing the rear.

Thank you! This concept was explained very well by both you and the other dude.

So if I'm understanding this correctly, this foll center concept is more about geometry than it is about weight/center of gravity?

Anyone have first hand experience on what works better for carpet tracks? I would think the high bite would need a lower roll center because the tire has so much grip and you don't need the chassis to roll over to keep contact with the tire? But I haven't tried it.

what about lengthening and shortening the camber links?

The less roll the more prone you are to traction rolling and having to go slower through a turn. To much roll and the car will be hard to drive when the chassis is almost on its side.

The force would be applied to the wheels though… and would be applied from the center of gravity… and the main difference ends up being that one pulls the car down, while the other pulls the car up…. These videos are why people are so confused about it.

If I understand the topics explained in this video, then there is no 3rd part to this video.
