Shaolin Taizu Chang Quan by ShiDeYang

I think the name Taizu Chang Quan is very well known. Taizu is here mostly translated as Emperor or Great Ancestor.So it is Shaolin Great Ancestor/Emperor Long Fist. Usually it is referred to Song Taizu Zhang Kuanyin Boxing. But till today it is not clear if he really invented it himself or If he advised his Millitary personal to do it.
Generally its considered the Mother of all Long Boxing. There are two roads which today are called Shaolin Taizu Chang Quan. One(this one ) known to pulic another one which goes under the name of Xiao Tong Bi Quan in Liu Zhen Hais Lineage.
As far as I understand it, there are other Shaolin Sets which have been considered part of the Shaolin Taizu Chang Quan System once.
Makes one wonder how the Ancient Shaolin Quan really looked lhm ?
The demonstration is done by Shi De Yang who is a well known Shaolin Quan Master. He has done it for his new DVD Series.
