I m from MP ,but frequently visit Delhi and Mumbai.
In Delhi people are aggressive but of helping nature.
In Mumbai people may be soft spoken but are selfish by nature.
Another point I noted is,In Delhi you come across THUGs while in Mumbai you will come across GANGSTERs more .

I am from karnataka. I don't know about Delhi bro but i was staying at Mumbai. Mumbai People are very nice by heart. They will always be helpful and kind nature.
South Bombay and South Delhi (NCR included) are where the ultra rich live and hence also their attitudes..

The type of aggression and the use of language is same as you would be finding in these regions of Pakistan. Another community, which is very aggressive in nature comes from Haryana and from villages in and around Delhi. Moreover if you see the history of Undivided India, all aggression had taken place from the northwestern side of India and therefore the communities are aggressive and brave in nature.

South Mumbai is the Mumbai City where you have rich people living. South Mumbai areas include Gate Way of India (Colaba), Worli, Backbay, where the rich guys live. So Abhishek was trying to say that her attitude was of a typical south Mumbai person who would book a cab and doesn't understand a middle class or poor Indian people's problems. Just like if I would asked how to travel to NewYork and the answer would be as simple as take a flight. ..... Giving cuss words by people can be found in both cities. But I think it is more widely used in Delhi than in Mumbai as far as in public area is concerned.
