The only skin changes that I knew about weren't included in the video... The blizzcon bastion (and maybe the Winston one) were changed to be less shiny because when you had a golden gun equipped with the skin it was blinding it was so shiny
5:40 actually Hanzo has a similar treatment when it comes to the new Highlight intro with the Kabuki skin equipped, well is not something like creeps sexualizing teenagers but that in that skin his hat gets in the way of the bow, so they made the bow sideways in the highlight for that skin.
On a similar note to the z being removed from zarya, orisa's scrub spray got deleted because she wiped in a z form. It pisses me off cuz i really liked that spray, couldnt they just invert the spray? It wouldnt be a z anymore and the spray could stay in the game :(
I remember losing my mind because I also use that spray and I couldn't find it when making adjustments to my spray wheel for Orisa. Spent about 10 minutes looking for it and another 5 minutes questioning my sanity.
In all honesty, I want one or... Technically two changes. To give the JQ Zeus skin a third customization for her armor and shoulder plate, as soon as Kiriko's mythic released I felt like the Queen was lacking customization, unlike the japanese duds
Meis butt needed to be fixed on that skin but the Waist was alr, wasn’t good or bad, just seemed like Mei just wanted to wear the beautiful belt even if it made her skinnier, plus she was portraying a goddess Chang’e. The skin now fits her character much better now tho which is great. When I saw the skin my eyes never bothered to even look at any of the assets, I just saw a beautiful goddess that was having fun playing with the overwatch crew
This was probably a bug but during the overwatch 2 beta Zenyatta's carbon fiber skin instead of being neon green and carbon black. But during the Beta the Green was a sky blue, except of his pants for some reason. Personally I like the blue better than his current green.
Ill never forget the dissapointment I had when they announced Hanzo cassual skin was going to be a thing and then looking at the skin. I am happy they gave him good head but hope that people some day make the uproar to fix the pants

Please never go to individual artists to harass them as they simply have no control over what ends up in game and what changes are made to their designs. ITS A JOB like any other.
Hanzo does have Gray hair in the skin. I’ve seen people in real life where their gray started in beard and spread upwards so it’s not impossible either

The most current skin “change” is the javelin design for Orisa in her forest skin, maybe and hopefully changes can be dong to the other skins
