Sir, as per ASME SEC IX, Table 433 Welder qualiedwith F no.5 can weld F no.1 but not vice versa. Kindly confirm. Thanks

If the welder qualification i any p1 through 15f, 34,41-43.
He is qualified p1 through 15f, 34,41-43.
So no issues
