I assume the solution is simply to become nocturnal, spend the day somewhere snoozing in the shade and do your activities after dark when the ground isn't burning hot but just pleasantly warm.
@@TheAlzars I have been barefoot in South Africa (in a season that corresponds to early summer there) and the greatest challenge were certain prickly plants growing in the lawns getting stuck in my feet!

I am barefoot 24/7 and walk barefoot everywhere and every time. Everywhere and every time. My advice: A beginner should not try this at high temperatures.
@@TheAlzars I don't think that this is a crazy idea. As a 24/7 barefooter, I think it can be done but you must know what you do. There are differences in the materials. Steel gets very hot in the sunshine even at air temperatures around 35° C.
