How to clear blockage on a marine head discharge line

This is a modification that I did to all three marine heads. Added a y valve to safely and cleanly purge and blockage between the Jabsco head toilet and the holding tank.

I will add just one thing. By the way great video and idea. When you turn the hose on if that does not clear. Do quick burst of the hose off then on to get the clog moving. I just did that and it worked

I just bought a 1” y valve on defender and then adapted it to 3/4” Garden hose thread
The sanitation hose was stiff enough that I didn’t need to screw to the cabinet
