    Hazard faced the consequences of not training too. People are saying some excuses, but hazard was pretty damn durable during his peak athleticism. He had a horrid 2016 season right? Or 2017. Idk, but he never had a major injury that would keep him out for months, and a lot of players are actually pretty unhealthy in a lot of sports. And they survive in their 20’s but it hits them at 29-32 because their body finally is past it’s peak and hazard got injured for basically 5 years. He played like 13 games since 2018 or something right?
    Messi was not actually as durable as people thought when he was young. He has always had a really bad ham string problem that is actually effecting him now at 36. But before he became peak Messi from 22-34 and basically never got injured, he was injury prone, but he turned that around.
    Hazard and Messi are complete opposites.
    One was naturally durable and didn’t train or try to stay fit, while one wasn’t that durable but became durable with age since he trained and tried to stay as healthy as possible.

      Be well informed, it wasn't totally because of training if you watch his podcast with mikal obi he says when we was injured during covid hazard basically perform rehabilitation by himself which for an athlete is crazy take alot of dedication but he didn't have a professional trainer which intern turned out to be the downfall and injury crisis. Please before you bash someone learn the whole information being lazy doesn't necessarily mean not doing their best after all all the player that trained they weren't half as good as him. Training doesn't mean having quality, you can train all you want n still play terrible ggs

      whered u get that from? based on the question, messi didnt train well, and the reason for it is his talent, he made up for it, like bale and hazard, messi maybe the goat bu not a single one of his teammates has ever complemented his work ethic, and for a player of his ability not much has been said, almost like eveyone avoids the question

    • @frederickcolaire5367

      @@dxfault576 that's because you have never heard from his actual teammates. Ask Iniesta or Busquets I'm sure their answers will be completely opposite. Truth is he always got special treatment because of how good he was. For a club that always had superstars is saying alot. The club viewed him so much higher than any other player and they were right. He is so much better than everyone else. Just like Pele and Maradona was in their respective generations

    • @frederickcolaire5367
      @frederickcolaire5367 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +79

      @@dxfault576 you need to listen to understand and not respond foolishly. How can you compare the work ethic of Messi, Bale and Hazard?? Hazard never even tried in training. Bale on the other hand was an extremely hard worker for most of his career, especially during his Tottenham years. Messi has been an example for all teammates when it comes to professionalism. If you ever watched him train you could never repeat that bullshit you said. Messi took training sessions as serious as he took the games. I'm sure you've heard the stories of how he would dribble past the entire team in training from Henry. If Henry himself speaks so highly of you then you definitely deserve praise

      Nobody ever took anything for granted, he just said messi took special recovery sessions. If you observe Messi ain't one to dive and cry out for fouls like Ronaldo. He takes them head on and that's why recovery is very important to such players. It puts strenous pressure on the knee.

    Once you reach a certain level of skill practice alone does next to nothing for you. It’s more beneficial to rest and be ready to perform.
    It’s all based on the concept of diminishing returns.
    For someone like Messi to improve from practice you would have to beat him into the ground and that’s not beneficial for your season.

    I think that a winger shouldnt train that much before (big) matches. Injuries are quite common for them.
