I don't know who's telling the truth about that but there was really no reason for him to lie back then or for Faith to lie in this interview. Regardless, she's right. 10 days or 2 months is not enough time to court someone into marriage. Especially if the man is not ready to make such a huge commitment at such a young age. Also, their relationship and marriage was extremely dysfunctional. Both of them were insecure, both had major trust issues, both were extremely insecure and beat up on people who associated with each other.
