this was basically patched out twice, once in October and once last month. Souls are shared even after the 8 minute mark between up to 2 players each lane but before 8 minutes only the full amount of souls is rewarded if the original amount of players per lane is present. So if you're in a double lane and go soak a solo you're fucking over the guy in solo lane a little bit.
Yes, but valve has made it clear that they dislike double soaking in lane like this so I wouldn’t expect it to stick around for long - according to Deathy at least
It depends on what they will focus I guess, soaking has both pros and cons. since it gives more dynamic gameplay, We will see in future what they will decide ;d

I thought soul sharing time limit was removed in the 11-07-2024 Update. They've nerfed post lane soul sharing a few times after that update.
