Also, thanks for sharing your tip about the face razors! I’ve never invested in “real” sourdough gear and so have never tried scoring, but now I feel like I can try it with this inexpensive method. When it comes to baking, if you already have a kitchen scale for sourdough I'd recommend using recipes in grams instead of cups. I like the cloudy kitchen blog!

One thing I've come to realize that if I keep my eyes on Jesus I can deal with any situation that life throws at me, and before I became a Christian every tiny "mishap" would throw me into a frenzy and I would think that my life is over and I can't go on lol 😂. What a blessing it is now and how different I see things it's the most refreshing thing for my soul 🙏🥰. God bless!
