The issue with Kaijus is that they will have draw their cards in SP with Noir, so they do get plus before you enter MP1, same thing with herald of the abyss... XYZ Encore then OTK let's go

yup, reapering plump essentially indirectly makes them lose noir too (although they can still summon it if their hand is cracked, but that'll be like a 5 card combo)
