How this car handles is how I felt with the 787 on Forza. I tried driving corners slow but realized it was actually harder. Once I found out how to take corners fast it got a lot easier.
The X2011 Prototype is basically very hard to handle since even very slight miscalculation on driving it may sent the car into the wall hard or directly into the deep gravel.
When using X10/11 you don't need to break, the car has so much grip that you can easily take turns around 200-270kmh and generally has a sensitive steering, the best option is to use the arrows for better steering and turning sensitivity to -2, this will be a little weird the first few times but will guarentee you can take gold challenges on every map for the x10/11 without breaking a sweat! :D

This car is superfast! It has great acceleration, stops like a dream and handles perfectly. It takes a while getting used to, so I can see where some people may crash with it...
the easiest way to steer this car is to use the toggle stick, keeping the stick pointed at 12 o'clock when going in a straight line. when you need to turn just slide the stick left or right slightly. you also need to brake earlier and feather the accelerator when going in to and during the corners. takes shit loads of practice :D

My recording program causes a delay in what my screen shows, so yes, there was some delay/lag. and yes im not that good at this game, but I still have tons of fun playing it. kinda why almost all my other gt5 videos are of slow ass cars, if you want to see some guy who has played this every day and has a 500 dollar wheel, find other videos.
I tried this myself as soon as i got the car, and thought i would ace it because i raced over 2000 laps of the Nordschleife in GT4, including the 24 hour race. Little did i know how much my eyes would burn from not blinking! Even going off the track 5 times, i still did a 4:41:748
when driving the redbull super car make sure you set the transmission an the steering .people that don't know assumes you just hop in cars an start driving . without checking your settings . that's sad.
that car drives VERY accurate. Just like in real life, thus GT5 being a simulation game. What u need to do is master the controls.. dont just mash buttons...easy, learn to manipulate the sticks, gentle- the car is super responsive, and obviously the faster it goes, the more gentle u need to be with the controls. Once u master the controls, this car is a breeze!
nice lol, must've been a challenge. I've been playing GT5 over again and this time, I'm able to steer this beast at a control sensitivity of 0, and this is around the nurburgring, bu still, its a farcry from the way you've mastered the car
thats not true. the x2011s handling is realistic for its power, plus the suction fan that keeps it on the ground allows it to have much more downforce than any other race car, the handling is realistic because of this

I will give that a shot. at higher speeds the steering is not very responsive on some parts of the track. others its like your on rails. very difficult to manage

I thought so... Working so hard to get this car and it's too fast to enjoy it but it has won me a lot of credits. My ps3 freezes up now when i try to use the Red Bull car so I'm kinda pissed. The Bugatti let me down also...it understeers and it's not a real race car

That car wasn’t that hard to drive, unless you’re using a steering wheel. But from how I see the wheel in game, it looks like you’re using the D-Pad on the controller. If that was the case, using the sticks was easier to manage the steering of the car.

hey bro, try and increasing the downforce (it will lower the top speed to 246-248) but you will get control and before you start a race try and decreasing the steering input to -2
Hey. Your video helped me to determine the sickness of the X2011. Definitely gonna save up for it. Besides, I know how fuck it is to play with a controller. I have a G27 connected to my PS3, but just played some GT1 for PS1 with a controller. Jesus! Brake/Speeder 0% or 100% fucks you over. But seriously, mount some soft racing tyres and tune the engine to 80 % or something, I'm sure it will make it somewhat easier to control.
... and i was thinking of taking this car out for the nurburgring 24hr Lol. If you put the controller sensitivity to -2 (can't get any lower obviously), it does help maintain the car's controller minutely. But still pointless
I finally got the team color one on b mode when i reached experieance level 35. Or if you can go to special races and click the vettel challenge and try to win it that way.
switching from the other normal cars to this is a big change. this handles completely different from every other car in the game. its completely unrealistic. and i know you didnt.
well, gt5 is a simulation, but nowhere near real life. and this car doesnt actually exist, no car handles like this. but other than that, yeah, this car is easier once you practice with it.

Obviously you use a Fan Car the more speed the steer will became responsive unlike any other cars 'cause that car has more A.i Resistance and produce massive downforce....I recommended use a race car before that hehe and try to steer without sacrificing FULL speed you'll never beat Vettel in GT 6 :)
He should first practice with formula gran turismo, and as this car has massive downforce you can go fast in almost every corner in nurburgring but his problem is that he's not used to drive that fast so he doesn't know ho to properly take corners, so I recommend going first in something simple like Monza or silverstone because there the turns are good and tricky so it's a good place to practice and lose the fear on this cars speed

The thing is about the Redbull, is that it's so fucking fast it doesn't matter if you suck, you'll still get first.
That's the beauty of gt you need lots of grip in your tyres to get this thing going, just like real racing
Just my opinion, it's very easy to control and corners at 180 MPH+, I love them.

Seems like that thing is made to be driven with gaming wheels. With normal DS3's, it feels like hell.

Choose softer racing tires, add more downforce. This car is difficult to steer as the steering is not linear.

I will give that a shot. at higher speeds the steering is not very responsive on some parts of the track. others its like your on rails. very difficult to manage
