Question- I just got 2x nana (potted) in the mail. So beautiful, thank you! 1. How do I get the stuffing off of the roots? 2. A few leaves were broken, no biggie, but can I put the broken leaves in the water and will they sprout roots?
How cold can it handle? I want to bring my plants outside for one week but temperatures will get down to 40f one night but around 50f the rest of the weeks lows

Mine got anubias rot. Probably cuz i left it in there while it was cycling. All 9 of them rotted away.

Yeah. As long as the rhizome is above the substrate, it will be good.
