Best Home Theatre TV 2024 and anti glare it's really a game changer; it's solved my living room that was always mirrored by other TVs: image quality is awsome with film streaming and PS5 Pro.
I agree, the matte screen is its downside. It causes elevated blacks, which I’m not a fan of-you’ll only see true black when the lights are completely off. I hope Samsung can improve this without compromising the true quality of an OLED panel. But since I’ve already bought the S95D, I guess I just need to accept it.
This is incorrect. I can see pure black even with lights on. Look directly at it. It’s black. You only see it in this video because I used a massive studio light with 300W at 900+ lux of brightness pumping out of it. It’s all about the angle and situation. I also realized while at the theater yesterday, movie theaters never have pure black.

Nice! Glad you're enjoying it and we're having similar experiences. Thanks for watching!
It's definitely dreadful the matte finish is nothing but a light magnet which lights up the TV, I do not see the world in Matt, with lifted blacks...
It looks fine. What are you talking about? Look at it straight on and the blacks are amazing. Better than trying to see through an awful glare.

Stuttering when watching sports makes this TV unusable
To be fair, I didn’t see any.
