Photoshop 2023 is amazing, but unbelievably buggy and unstable. I used to use Element 2011 (which was bulletproof) for years before eventually upgrading to 2023. I cannot believe how often it crashes. I will try your suggestions here to at least speed it up.

Sir my pc ram is 8gb but photoshop in setting only show 4gb ram how soloved problem

If your PC only has 8GB of RAM then you shouldn’t allocate 100% of it anyways as Windows itself will also need RAM to make your OS run properly. Windows 11 needs 4GB of RAM and Windows 10 needs 2GB of RAM. 8GB is waay too cheap nowadays anyway so you should 100% upgrade if you haven’t already.
