I mean it was pretty obvious that Alfia knew who Ais is when she met her face to face in Astrea Record and that story is canon.
Astrea record is canon, but keep in mind it is the Twilight story not main story. Twilight was when Alfia and Zard refused to join Erebus for his plan because of Bell.
This was based on the side story of Danmachi Memoria Freese, a mobile game, event that was a what if story to the Astraea Records. (Astraea records was a 3rd anniversary event that is supposed to be canon to the main story.)
