Having other things to do like that will keep their minds occupied and productive even after a finished showbiz project. So they could actually have a life outside showbiz. whatever happens (coz we know showbiz is not forever for each one, people get old, someone else gets more popular, etc) they can be secure financially and not lacking :)

I feel like if she didn't always diet before and during SISTAR comebacks (with the whole one meal a day thing) her body circulation wouldn't be as bad. I'm not saying it's the only reason but having a balanced healthy diet constantly also helps.
