We need States to take initiative to call a constitutional convention to adopt ONE Amendment - NEW Apportionment (no longer changeable by Congress) that would be at or near what the ratio it was at the time the constitution was first adopted. 1 : 40-50K The next Congress would then have 95% new faces of thousands of regular Americans and be a much closer representation of the People. And the increaded number of representatives would be harder for the elite to gain a foothold over by using threats or bribes.
