      Have you seen any of those videos where he pulls the pin on hand grenades and throws them inside of stuff and just runs and dives as they explode? He's got at least a dozen of those. Also check out his bowling ball cannon videos.

    I've learned two things from this, the $10,000 handgun is as reliable as I would hope, and I should replace my Yeti cooler with a $100 Hi-Point because it holds far more ice.

    I don't own a Hi-point but I've seen several torture test on them and for the money..... They are pretty impressive for $100 gun. I can't lie. Respect to hi point

      I own one paid 120 after taxes I own a lot of other high end pistols but I bought it for a Christmas present to myself it didn't jam for 200 rds so now i keep it in my boat

I bought the 45acp and absolutely no problems.. one of my favs to shoot.. and yes I have 1911s and a glock 21 which is 45acp.. I bought the 380 and had feeding issues.. sent it in they did something sent it back no more issues and they sent an extra mag.. show me another company that takes care of customers like that..

      And Hi Point has a great warranty I don’t know how they can afford to sell a gun for $150 and still fix them for free it doesn’t make sense.

      @@andrew-rn9ui it’s physically impossible, the metal will be so brittle that the second the round fires it would have exploded the whole gun because of the gas pressure. And if grand thumb did do it I’m sure he let it cool down for a bit first.

    You guys are awesome. If no one else is willing to torture test a $10,000 gun, you are definitely the guys to do it.
    Edit: this should be interesting given the fact that the rudimentary design of the Hi-point makes it very good at surviving torture tests.

    I got my C9 out the door with a holster and carry case trigger lock and slide lock all for $150. 2 shells didn't eject properly in the first 250 I put through the gun. Aside from that very accurate light weight great size interchangeable mags with the rifle of the same caliber hi-point is a phenomenal company 💯

    Anyone that owns a Hi-Point knew that is can take anything you dish out and at 1/100 the price you can carry enough Hi-Points that it will work as armor and you can throw them at the bad guns when they are empty, win win.

    Sorry, people, I love Hi-Points. No nonsense guns if I ever saw one. And being heavy, you can use them as war hammers when you get out of ammo. And I have no objection to a heavy gun, helps with the recoil, man. BTW, that testing with liquid nitrogen was surreal. No way you will ever have a gun at minus 300º.

    Little known fact. Hi-Point's have a full lifetime warranty. It doesn't matter if you're the second of 9th owner. I bought a used 995, shipped it to them, they went through it and shipped it back. All I had to pay was shipping there.

    My first gun was a Hi-Point C9 for like $200, I didn't have Alot of money when I hit 21, and that was my first and last cheap gun. Worked flawlessly never had a problem with it. But to break down and clean was a mission 😂😂😂

    love my c9 got well over 15k rounds through it. every 1000 rounds hipoint sends me a new guide rod and recoil spring and fireing pin and spring for life cant be beat for the cost. even if i where to sale it the next owner will get the same treatment

    You're taking silly risks Edwin. You might get frostbite by touching liquid nitrogen. Another thing is don't fire the guns because the rigidity of the metals have been compromised. The guns might explode in your hands.

      Lol, you won't get frostbite just from touching liquid nitrogen, you'd have to submerge your entire hand for a few seconds at least. You might get a cold burn from a drop staying on your hand, but definitely not frostbite.

    $10000 damn! I know a lot of guys in my old gun club had CZ trimmed to $6000-7000, always felt like the poor guy with my CZ sp01 shadow I paid $650 for.

      Don't feel too bad lol It's all about how well you shoot it. few weeks ago there's a guy with 5k 2011 had a huge meltdown at the competition when he lost to the guy who had Walther PPQ for like 600 bucks lol Just because you can afford Gucci expensive stuff doesn't mean you'll become pro all of the suddenly. Same thing at Skeet range when this old guy with his 10k kreighoff got outperformed by my friend's $400 Mossberg 🤣😂

    When he realized the guns were frozen and wouldn't cycle and said "let me put them in some water" I went oh no!. It did exactly what I thought material that was significantly below freezing would do... it froze the water around it.
    The likely reason the guns were jammed is because whatever moisture was in the air crystalized on the internals and froze them together. He was probably better off just leaving them in the sun to warm up. Maybe a hair dryer or something would have helped.

    Following the tired adage of "two is one and one is none" that means you need to spend $20000 to have your spare wick stick, but at that price you could have two hundred hi points and I think that's probably better since that would at least last you for 200 rounds of ammo

    Why lock the slide back on the hi point, but not the pit viper? To be fair the fact that the high point's slide remained locked back after all that dragging earns huge respect - can't imagine "any" other pistol keeping the slide locked back through all the dragging!

    The slide was locked back on the Hi Point but not on the TTI on the drag test but it still fired. Hi point wins.

    I was fishing once and caught a gun through the trigger guard on a spinner bait. The whole time I thought it was a fish. How I managed to hook it on the trigger guard and not lose it the whole way retrieving it back is beyond me but an awesome story. When you threw the pistols in the water it reminded me of this lol

    Edwin, those gloves are not sufficient for sticking your fingers in the liquid nitrogen to flip the guns over, you should have used the leatherman to do that.

    If you were able to fire them when they were straight out of the nitrogen, I think it would have been very dangerous as metal becomes brittle when it's really cold. Be careful Edwin
