- Canada’s international education sector has a slightly rocky time of late, with the temporary study permit cap seeing numbers take a hit. New rules hinted at in June have also aid that post graduation work permits may even begin to be tied to labour shortages in the country.
Join Sophie Hogan, Reporter & News Editor at The PIE News as she hosts a discussion with the director of international recruitment and market development at Fanshawe College, Pranav Rathi, on how these changes could impact international students and their view of Canada’s labour market.
Also joining the webinar will be Denis Gravelle, co-founder of Devant Group, as well as Student Recruitment Manager at Columbia College, Anthony Culver. Could international students be looking at less post-study job opportunities in Canada? Will they have to pivot to stay if that is their main goal?
We discuss all this and more on the PIE Webinar - please join us!
