    Hi Niall.
Happy belated birthday 🥳. looking forward to seeing your tarp/hammock camp video.
That's a big challenge walk you have set for yourself, hope it goes well. at least now you don't have the added pressure of trying to make time for the bike. all the best 👍

Good man Niall! Welcome to the dark side! I have been hammock camping now for a while and I love it! Jason's tutorials are very useful indeed. Looking forward to see your videos and your experiences. A belated happy birthday also! 🎉

Thanks Kevin. I've been watching your journey too and learning about some of the potential pitfalls. Hopefully a bit milder here than the temps you've experienced ❄🥶 ❄️

Well, starting to learn hammock camping in winter was perhaps not the smartest move on my part. 🤣

A nice spot to be exploring your new hammock and tarp interest Niall 😊 Turing 50 is so great - having had the pleasure of negotiating planter fasciitis for about 18 months, I’ve now had a frozen shoulder for a few months…best of luck with your journey with planters!! It’s a challenging one to get to behave 🤕 🤞

Ive had rotator cuff problems also. Exercises and curcumin extract from turmeric was great dir reducing inflammation. Great if long term taking of ibuprofeeni messes up your stomach.

@@snowcelt ha, I’m not alone! 🤕 Such a long road to get back on track - will try curcumin, I’ve used it in the past. Tendinopathy in the Supraspinatus is my diagnosis after an MRI. Anti inflammatory use for a month and 3 sessions with a physical therapist haven’t released it yet. Waiting on a referral for a cortisone injection under ultrasound to see if that helps. Still doing my exercises and applying heat throughout the day to get the blood flow going in the area. Very sore at night with a ‘dead arm’ feeling. Hoping the more aggressive approach might speed the process along 🤞

Thanks Miriam. I think I have the Plantar under control for now. Just need 3 more weeks and then I can rest and treat it properly 🤞

Hi Niall. Belated happy birthday!! Good luck with the walk !!
I follow a good few channels, a lot talk of burnout and editing pressures to put out videos. Personally I'd prefer quality over quantity and something different from the norm so do what your passionate about and makes you happy cause that's what will make your followers happy and increase the numbers!!

Thanks Paddy, I think my burnout is more with general life and the crappy wet weather 🙂

I've been up in the Bluestacks about 50 times, but never even thought about doing the Bluestack Way. I done the West Highland Way earlier this year, heading to do the Tour du Mont Blanc in September and the Cape Wrath Trail in October. The Bluestack Way soundslike some good training 😉

@@nialloutdoors So I done the Bluestack Way over the weekend thanks to your video. Got dropped off in Ardara on Friday, followed the trail until Lough Eske, then walked all the way home to Strabane via back roads from Barnesmore to Clady. Got in the door at 3pm Monday. Some blisters, midge bites and a stiff back... but i loved it
