Your queens don’t shut down at all threw the winter ? Up were i am the queens shut down I keep fondant on my tops but my queens don’t lay for a few months its just to cold for them to raise it

I’ve decided I’m not a beekeeper any more. I simply provide temporary furnished lodging for wandering or relocating bee families. Happy New Year
