This is ridiculously easy, it's just hard to teach. I found a crease pattern online and you can find it. There are two variations of humans. One of which requires an 8 x 8 grid, as shown in the video, and a more complicated one which requires a 16 x 16 grid.

I have been an avid connoisseur of the wonderful art origami for a grand total of one day, and you call this intermediate? pfff. I can confirm that i completed this task with ease and little effort, I was basically asleep. This being said, you are a great teacher with very efficient breakdowns and are clearly professionally qualified. Only feedback would be to make it harder. Peace and love dude⭐️
